The Municipal Police Station of Daraga and DILG office in cooperation with the Operation Compassion and Amore Village gave an orientation on basic of arresting and RA 9262 or an act defining violence against women and their children to the Amore Security Force last July 13, 2010.
The security force participants together with the PO officers, Mr. Gerry Muni, Community Development Officer and Ptr. Dante Nuevo, Security force adviser and Amore chaplain graced the affair.
SPO3 William Decena from Daraga PNP, discussed topics which focus on basic of arresting and stategies /tactics in dealing with the criminal. He also presented the different guiding laws and principles of a police. SPO2 Sallan on the other hand focus more on RA 9262 or the violence against women and their children act. Mrs. Aida Zamora of DILG discussed about the legal matters of creating security force.
The activity was in preparation for the legal process of deputizing the Security Force by its original barangay and for the formal structure were they can respond to the community crimes and other chaos.
The open forum followed and Kagawad Perla Llanza, the representative of the barangay Banag gave the closing remarks. Gerry Muni
